about my self
My name is Jakub, and I started my life in the Military. When I was 15 years old, I joined the Military Hingh school in Czech Republic and after my graduation I was in service for another 6 years. I spent my last 3 years in the Army as an instructor of climbing, shooting, tactic and first aid. I was working on Via Ferrata and climbing in the woods for the soldiers, and I absolutely enjoyed creating a great memories and adventure environment.
After 10 years in the Army, I decided to start travelling. Something inside me was telling me to go and start discovering the world. In some places I was just as a tourist, but I was also working in Ireland and Iceland. If you want to travel and work the best way is to do hospitality, because they are offering jobs with accommodation. So, I started to work as a bartender, I always loved cocktails, and they were kind of my hobby even before my bar career.
I have to say I did enjoy every day of my travels, I found new cultures, different ways of living and thinking, explored nature heritage, tasted food and drinks from all around the world. Six years of travelling made my point of view a lot wider. I learned a lot, I have seen and experienced things I could not even imagine they are possible, and I had a wonderful time. My passion for travelling and discovering new places in combination with my instructor and outdoor experiences and love to my country and traditions made me think of creating company for travelling in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
As I missed outdoor activates and being instructor a lot, so I decided to do my instructor licenses for outdoor activities in Ireland. I spent almost half a year by working on them in Ballyhass lakes in Ireland. Besides gaining my licenses and improving my skills in paddling techniques and rescues, I also had an amazing time by spending a lot of time on the water with great people around me.
Now I am getting older, and I feel like I want to go back home, and I want you guys to go with me! I am ready to hear all your stories and I can´t wait to get to know you all.
